Its sales operation is based in Ottawa and consists of inside and outside sales specialists focused on developing long-term manufacturing customers across North America. It is building a modern, data-driven marketing and outbound sales engine to support this growth.
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who can build and manage the lead generation systems that support our client?s sales team.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for generating targeted prospect lists, managing outbound marketing campaigns, and supporting the sales team with high-quality lead data and reporting.
You will work directly with company leadership and the sales team to identify companies likely to outsource precision machining and deliver qualified leads through outbound marketing and CRM systems.
This role combines data analysis, marketing operations, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
- Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and other B2B data platforms
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to enrich and classify prospect data
- Identify companies likely to outsource precision machining services
- Maintain a steady pipeline of new prospects for outbound sales activity
CRM & Data Management
- Import and manage leads within HubSpot
- Maintain clean CRM data and manage lead lifecycle stages
- Support pipeline organization and lead tracking
Outbound Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns
- Manage domain and subdomain warm-up processes for outbound campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance including response rates and deliverability
Website & Landing Pages
- Build landing pages targeting key industries and vertical markets
- Support website development focused on lead generation
- Ensure inbound leads are captured and routed into HubSpot workflows
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards within HubSpot
- Track campaign performance and lead generation metrics
- Report marketing performance to senior management
Sales Team Support
- Provide prospect research and campaign support to the inside and outside sales team
- Help prioritize high-value accounts and industry verticals
- Assist in developing targeted outreach strategies
Required Skills
- Undergraduate degree or higher
- Experience with B2B lead generation platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar)
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Experience running outbound email campaigns
- Excellent written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing
- Familiarity with email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, domain warm-up)
- Experience building landing pages and marketing funnels
- Familiarity with AI tools used for research and marketing content
- Experience supporting outbound sales teams
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to consistently generate high-quality leads that support the sales team?s outreach efforts.
Typical metrics include:
- Growth of the prospect database
- Qualified leads generated for the sales team
- Email campaign response rates
- Contribution to new customer acquisition
