What you will be doing:
As a Restaurant Server**,** you’ll be the face of our dining experience—delivering warm hospitality, expert menu knowledge, and attentive service that keeps guests coming back. With a focus on professionalism and genuine connection, you’ll help create memorable moments for every guest, every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and guiding them through their dining experience with care and confidence
- Answering questions about menu items, specials, and wine pairings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them efficiently into the POS system
- Delivering food and drinks promptly and with attention to presentation and timing
- Performing opening and closing duties to ensure a smooth and successful shift
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
- Managing guest transactions accurately, including cash, debit, and credit payments
- Assisting in basic bartending tasks, such as preparing drinks or garnishes when needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and functional service station and dining area
- Supporting team members and communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Taking direction from the Restaurant Manager and contributing to daily operational goals
- Demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, and leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Creating extraordinary guest experiences through thoughtful, attentive service
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the restaurant

- A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Leadership skills and the ability to support or supervise a team when needed
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor suited to upscale or formal events
- Smart Serve Certification (Required)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
