About the role
We are currently hiring experienced All-Round Underground Miners to support active underground mining operations in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario. These roles require a high level of versatility, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work across multiple underground functions as required by site operations.
**Location:**BC, SK, ON – Underground Mine Sites (Fly-In/Fly-Out, Camp or Local Hire depending on site)
**Rotation:**Common rotations include 14/14, 21/21, or site-specific schedules
**Employment Type:**Full-Time | Permanent / Contract (site dependent)
#####Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of underground mining duties in development and/or production
- Operate underground equipment as qualified (e.g., LHD/scoop, haul truck, bolter, jumbo)
- Install and maintain underground services (ventilation, water, air, dewatering)
- Ground support installation (rock bolting, screening, mesh, shotcrete support)
- Drilling, blasting preparation, mucking, and clean-up
- Conduct equipment pre-operational inspections and routine checks
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping underground
- Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet production targets
#####Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–3+ years underground mining experience
- Underground Common Core (Ontario) or provincial equivalent (asset)
- Experience operating underground mobile equipment (asset)
- Strong safety-first mindset and reliable work ethic
- Physically fit for underground mining conditions
- Ability to work in a remote or camp environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to complete pre-employment requires such as a drug and alcohol screening
