Full-Time Overnight Call Centre Specialist We An-Ser is looking for reliable and detail-focused Full-Time Overnight Call Centre Specialists to join our expanding team. In this crucial role, you will deliver friendly, professional, and high-quality assistance to a diverse range of clients, including medical practices, residential complexes, and corporate services. If you have strong communication skills and solid computer habits, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Call Management: Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally, ensuring every caller receives a polite and welcoming experience. Information Gathering: Accurately collect and pass along vital details, making sure all messages are thorough and precise. Data Entry: Verify and input information carefully into our system so clients can trust their needs are documented correctly. Qualifications: A pleasant phone presence with a positive, professional tone. Strong English communication skills, including sharp grammar and spelling. Comfort working within a Windows-based operating system. A typing speed of at least 40 WPM. A proven track record of excellent attendance. Flexibility to work at least one weekend day. Note: No previous experience is necessary! We offer complete training in an encouraging team-oriented environment built to help you succeed. Pay and Benefits: Hourly Rate: $17/Hr Benefits package: Full-time staff members qualify for a comprehensive benefits package, including: RRSP with company matching Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Benefit Notes; A standard waiting period may apply, and benefits are reserved for full-time staff.
