Digital Marketing & Office Coordinator

We are currently seeking a qualified Digital Marketing & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role supports Aversan’s engagement initiatives through social media coordination, event planning, and creative content development, while also providing on‑site administrative and office support. Responsibilities include interdepartmental coordination, office operations, vendor liaison, event and luncheon setup, internal scheduling, social media assistance, and general administrative support to leadership and teams.

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.)
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Design visually compelling graphics and short‑form videos for social media posts and event promotions
- Create and maintain branded templates for recurring social media and event‑related content
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library (images, videos, templates, and brand materials)
- Provide front office and on site administrative support, including visitor reception, phone and mail handling, day to day office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative support to leadership and teams
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including event logistics
- Create and coordinate digital and physical event materials, including signage, banners, presentations, and promotional content
Basic Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Office Administration, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience coordinating social media content and managing social media platforms is an asset

Proven experience in an office administration or administrative support role, preferably in an on‑site or corporate office environment

Proficiency with basic design and productivity tools (e.g., Canva, Microsoft Office); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset

Experience using macOS devices and Apple-based environments is an asset

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and external contacts

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
