We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Identity to join KeyData Cyber's Delivery Services team. This role is ideal for an IAM professional with strong experience in assessments, strategy, and solution delivery. You will lead client engagements, manage teams, and drive impactful identity initiatives while shaping IAM strategies and solutions across enterprise environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and deliver IAM maturity assessments, gap analyses, and roadmap development for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with KeyData's multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement digital identity solutions with a focus on SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders and influence identity transformation strategies.
• Manage client engagements end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of IAM projects.
• Support business development activities, including preparing client proposals, contributing to thought leadership, and participating in industry events.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives to support long-term IAM strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including 3+ years leading IAM assessments and roadmaps.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with at least two IAM/IAG technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt (preferred).
• Experience with additional technologies like CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Azure, Ping Identity, BeyondTrust, is an asset.
• Strong consulting background working with senior stakeholders across industries to define IAM strategies and implement solutions.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and contribute to business development efforts.
• Technical expertise in:
  • Automated provisioning and reconciliation of IT resources
  • RBAC design and implementation
  • Access request and approval workflows
  • Single Sign-On and federation solutions
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP) and/or vendor certifications are an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent). #LI-RJ1
