StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking Sales Producers – both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines – with a competitive, sales-focused mindset. Whether you are an established producer with a strong book of business, or gaining momentum with an active pipeline, we offer the platform to help you grow, sustain, and perpetuate your business.
Position: Sales Producer (Commercial Lines / Personal Lines)
Job Type: Hybrid, Full Time, Permanent Work Location: Multiple locations supported across Canada Pay: Competitive base salary plus new business commission, with traditional commission-only and draw structures available for those willing to bet on themselves
What You Will Do
Generate new business through networking and referrals, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products Sell and advise on commercial and/or personal lines insurance while identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions Manage the full client journey from quoting to policy binding, working with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention, repeat business, and strong client satisfaction
What You Bring
Provincial insurance license (relevant to your province) is required Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as a direct writer or with any brokerage company is an asset Proven sales discipline with the ability to stay organized and consistent Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and broker management systems CAIB, CIP, or other insurance-related designations are an asset
