#IT SystemsSecurity Analyst

Prevue is seeking an IT SystemsSecurity Analyst to take ownership of our internal technology environment, with a primary focus on security, reliability, and continuous improvement. This role will also contribute to software quality assurance (QA), working closely with our development team to help ensure our products are stable, reliable, and deliver a strong user experience.

We are transitioning away from a Managed Service Provider and are looking for someone who can confidently support and improve our internal IT infrastructure while helping strengthen our QA processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both technical operations and product quality, and who wants to play a meaningful role in a growing SaaS company.

##Key Responsibilities

###Primary Focus: IT SystemsSecurity

• Take ownership of internal IT systems currently managed by an MSP
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment, including user access, permissions, and security policies
• Oversee endpoint management, device setup, security tools, backups, and monitoring systems
• Maintain identity and access controls, including MFA and security best practices
• Ensure systems align with SOC 2 and general security compliance requirements
• Provide technical support to internal team members across hardware, software, and cloud tools
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and recommend improvements to our stack
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency, and security

###Secondary Focus: QAProduct Support

• Test new features and product enhancements to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance concerns
• Collaborate with developers and product team to improve software quality and reliability
• Help develop practical testing approaches and improve QA processes over time
• Document issues clearly and help prioritize fixes
• Participate in discussions related to product improvements and technical workflows
• Support the Prevue Support team with technical questions when needed

##Qualifications

• Experience supporting internal IT environments, including Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong understanding of security best practices, access controls, and endpoint management
• Experience working with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms
• Experience documenting systems and processes clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

###Technical familiarity in one or more of the following areas is considered an asset:

• Software testing or QA processes
• .NET, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or general software development concepts
• Identity management tools such as Azure AD / Entra ID
• Security tools such as endpoint protection or monitoring platforms
• Working in SaaS environments

Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000
