Client Service Agent

Division: Corporate Services

Location: Moose Jaw, SK

Hourly Wage: $30.60 - $38.25 (Classification7)

As a Client Service Agent, you will work in a call center service environment as the first point of contact by answering, de-escalating, and responding to inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email.

You will provide advice and determine solutions to client problems and concerns in a timely manner and provide notification and updates to clients on services, operations, and regulations.

This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills and you will be expected to manage a high volume of inquiries, maintain composure in difficult conversations, and contribute to a positive client experience.

You will work closely with your team in a small, shared office space that requires frequent collaboration and clear communication.

The successful candidate will have completed a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Environmental or Natural Resource Studies, Communications, or an equivalent combination of experience and training. A minimum of 24 months’ experience in a client service role is required.

This role is subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.
