About the role
Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Technology Services Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote) – Lower Mainland, BC Contract: 6 Months (Extension Possible) We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale Technology Services transformation program focused on modern workplace, cloud, infrastructure, and operational readiness initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Gather and document business and technical requirements. Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions. Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management, and cloud initiatives. Develop current and future-state process maps, user stories, and business requirements. Coordinate testing, UAT, operational readiness, service transition, and change management activities. Create documentation including workflows, RACI matrices, RAID logs, and training materials. Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk, and project teams to deliver successful technology transformation projects. What We're Looking For 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise IT environments. Strong experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint management, or Modern Workplace initiatives. Advanced Excel and Power BI data analysis skills. Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, testing, and operational readiness. Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, Agile, Waterfall, and ServiceNow concepts is an asset. Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. Requirements Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Minimum 3 years of Canadian residency (required for security clearance). Must be located in or willing to travel to the Lower Mainland, BC for occasional onsite meetings.
