Douglas Animal Hospital is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Fredericton, NB. Our hospital prides itself on providing exceptional veterinary care to our patients and fostering a work culture that values life/work balance.

The applicant should possess great communication and customer service skills, computer skills with the ability to type and multi task. Be comfortable on the phone and using a veterinary office management system, email, Microsoft word and Excel. Previous experience working in a Veterinary Practice is a bonus, but not necessary.
