We are a fun and dynamic shared workplace serving a diverse range of clients. The company is looking for an experienced administrative assistant to support the team with front desk responsibilities and daily operations.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assists with the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
- Manages the reception area, switchboard and client calls.
- Assists with client services and office coverage, as required.
- Assists the team with general administrative support, as required.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and computers.
- 2+ years of office experience or equivalent.
- Relevant training, diploma, or post-secondary education.
- Experience in communications, administrative support and sales assistance would be an asset.
- Additional language spoken would be an asset
Ideal Skills and Attributes
- Warm, friendly, genuine and professional.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to speak English fluently and converse on the phone and via email easily
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well within a team.
- Comfortable with handling sales inquiries, marketing tasks and sales tours.
- Strong work ethic and positive energy.
- Comfortable in a busy work environment.
Competitive hourly wage and benefits offered. The position is Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.), in Marpole.
