Mississauga, ON | Full-Time, In-Office | Starting at $45,000 (negotiable) Fuller Metric Parts Ltd. has been a trusted leader in the importation and distribution of Metric and Imperial fasteners since 1976. With locations in Surrey, BC and Mississauga, ON, we serve industrial customers across Canada with high-quality parts and outstanding service — and we’re growing our Mississauga team. We’re looking for a motivated Inside Customer Service Representative who wants to build a long-term career with us. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be the daily point of contact for our clients. What you’ll do
- Enter customer orders accurately and promptly
- Provide outstanding service and support via phone and email
- Prepare quotations and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Help develop new business and strengthen existing relationships
- Work as part of a high-energy, team-focused environment What we’re looking for
- Sales or phone experience
- Proficient English communication skills (basic French is an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in computer systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
- A long-term-minded team player What we offer
