Responsibilities
- Study plans and specifications;
- Interpret the technical specifications of the tender documents;
- Analyze and prepare tender documents;
- Discuss the working methods to be applied, parts of the work to be subcontracted, risks and constraints of the call for tenders;
- Perform quantity calculations;
- Evaluate the costs of materials, labor, and necessary equipment;
- Find prices from subcontractors and suppliers;
- Establish the work schedule;
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain file clarifications;
- Participate in mandatory visits and / or client meetings for relevant information;
- Prepare the review of proposals and ensure that the scope of work is complete.
###Profil
Requirements
- DEC in building estimation, architecture, civil engineering, or the equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingual (an asset), but proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is required;
- Secret-level security;
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project software;
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, estimating, drawings and specifications, building material and required standards applicable to discipline.

- Ability to work in a team;
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills.
