Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include building customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, training new team members, and contributing to team sales strategies. Candidates should demonstrate a client-focused approach, strong communication abilities, and a drive to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and assist clients effectively Experience in Training and mentoring team members to drive performance is an advantage Prior experience in insurance services or financial products is an advantage
