Position Overview:

We are looking for exceptional Security Guards to join our team at our clients based in Brampton & Mississauga areas. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment and requires full open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to commute to both locations.

This position is for a full-time vacancy.

Position: Site Security Supervisor

Locations: Burlington, ON

Payrate: $22.48 /hr

Shift timings: 0630-1500hrs Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing access control provision duties, verifying visitor badges and employee badges.

• Escorting medical staff including paramedics, police and firefighters when required.

• Responding to medical emergencies and being prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.

• Following security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.

• Create badges for new employees and ensure the right access is given for the badge.

• Foot patrols using Vision equipment.

• Assisting client employees with inquiries at reception desk.

• Following proper chain of command and procedures for all matters which require escalation.

• Performing other duties as directed by the client and District Manager as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification

• Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures.

• Be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and deliver outstanding customer service

• Flexible availability to work various shifts based on business needs

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional setting ( office environment).
