The Opportunity

Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Fredericton is looking for a Parts & Service Supervisor.

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee end-to-end customer service operations in the service and parts department, including order fulfillment, the repair process, and new sales. This position is responsible for managing and enhancing the overall customer journey, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and seamless interactions across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work hands-on with the team to ensure customer excellence in both Service and Parts
  • Maintain dealer standards as outlined by the OEM, including NPS (Net Promoter Score) and Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT)
  • Ensure timely and effective handling of complaints or escalations to maintain high customer service standards
  • Assist with daily workflow to ensure cohesion and timely processing of repair orders, parts sales, and inventory
  • Ensure work orders and parts slips contain accurate and complete information for invoicing
  • Assist the Foreman in maintaining a consistent daily workflow
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education would be considered an asset
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Computer literacy is required; experience with CDK would be an asset
