Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems An Experienced Para-Professional (S2) requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency: Works under moderate supervision. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.

Responsabilités
- Effectuer des évaluations régulières de la qualité de tous les matériaux entrants des fournisseurs
- Lire des plans techniques, des schémas électriques et des spécifications pour comprendre et appliquer les exigences des produits et services.
- Mesurer les dimensions du produit, examiner la fonctionnalité et comparer le produit aux spécifications.
- Rejeter tous les produits et matériaux qui ne répondent pas aux attentes de qualité et contribuer à l’analyse de cause racine.
- Documenter les résultats des inspections en remplissant des rapports détaillés
- Préparer et s’assurer de la conformité de la documentation qualité y compris celle qui sera présenté au client avec le produit.
- Utilise les systèmes internes, tel que SAP, Poka, QN, identification du produit, etc.;
- Participe aux différents comités d’amélioration;
- Transmet ses connaissance et expériences au personnel moins expérimenté.
Qualifications
- DEP incluant un module de lecture de plans ou expérience équivalente en inspection;
- Expérience de 0 à 12 mois;
- Connaissance en lecture de plans et de la suite Office sont requises;
- Compétences comportementales : travail d’équipe, maîtrise de soi, impact et influence, communication, fermeté;
- Connaissance du système métrique et international;
- Environnement de travail : travailler à l’extérieur, conduite de véhicules et de plat-forme élévatrice;
- Connaissance de la soudure (un atout).
