Position: Product Validation Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Design and develop evaluation frameworks to assess AI product outputs from a user experience perspective. Analyze evaluation tasks to identify issues impacting user experience, safety, and product performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product validation criteria and standards. Translate user insights into actionable feedback to improve accuracy, safety, and usability. Document findings and recommendations clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Monitor product usage trends and proactively identify emerging risks or UX concerns. Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and evaluation methodologies.
Requirements
Strong experience in product validation, user experience evaluation, or related domains. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high clarity and precision. Ability to design and apply structured evaluation frameworks and rubrics. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying risks and usability issues. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and remote environments. Proficiency in documenting complex insights in an actionable and user-friendly format. Adaptability to fast-paced projects and evolving product requirements.
