Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support a wide range of supply chain functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate data management across our systems and warehouses.
Core responsibilities include:
- Releasing customer orders to our warehouses for fulfillment
- Confirming shipped orders, performing QA checks, resolving discrepancies, updating tracking information, and generating delivery notes
- Creating custom documentation for cross-border shipments between Canada and the U.S.
- Completing monthly inventory reviews, investigating variances, and coordinating with warehouse teams to correct and reconcile counts
- Maintaining accurate item (SKU) data in the ERP system
- Generating and updating regular reports, including a weekly serial number report and inventory tracking reports
- Supporting the broader supply chain team by cross-training in purchasing and logistics functions
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and data accuracy

Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience preferred (Infor M3 is a bonus)
- Bilingual is an asset
- Comfortable managing large datasets with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Additional Information
Salary Range - $35,000 - $45,000
