JOB DESCRIPTION
AAA Canada is looking for a Sealant Operator to bring expertise to our team. Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Sealant Operator is responsible for preparing and applying sealants on various sections of aircraft and specific components, in compliance with established quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the work area, materials, and equipment.
- Clean, prepare, and inspect surfaces prior to application.
- Apply sealant and coatings according to specifications.
- Perform necessary touch-ups and ensure the finished product meets quality standards.
- Record completed work and maintain equipment.
Skills and qualifications
- High school diploma (DES).
- Experience in a similar role or in the aerospace industry (asset).
- Attention to detail, precision, and strong manual dexterity.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong visual perception (colors, finishes, textures).
- Adaptability to technological changes and team-oriented mindset.
- Strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Bilingualism (French - English) in oral and written communication is a major asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the customer site and technical documentation.
