Job Description En tant que Représentant – Ventes internes , vous interagirez avec les clients existants afin d’augmenter les ventes des produits et/ou services de l’entreprise. Vous serez chargé(e) d’obtenir, de créer et de développer des commandes, en assurant la satisfaction du client et en apportant de la valeur à son expérience d’achat. Vous vous concentrerez sur des techniques de vente proactives pour développer de nouvelles affaires ou élargir votre portefeuille de comptes existants. Vous collaborerez avec l’équipe de vente externe afin de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs. Responsabilités
- Obtenir les commandes par e-mail et téléphone, vérifier et saisir les articles, transférer les commandes au service logistique, expliquer les ruptures de stock et les dates de livraison prévues.
- Augmenter les commandes en suggérant des articles complémentaires, en expliquant les caractéristiques des produits et en consultant l’historique d’achat du client.
- Prendre en charge, qualifier et développer les opportunités transmises par le marketing, les ventes externes et les comptes nationaux.
- Identifier des pistes d’amélioration continue des processus.
- Préparer, générer et assurer le suivi des devis oraux ou écrits pour conclure des commandes ou comprendre les raisons de leur perte.
- Examiner les rapports de commandes clients en cours et agir sur les articles ouverts, y compris ceux à risque de non-respect de la date de livraison promise.
- Gérer les rapports de commandes en attente dans le système de distribution, les rapports d’expédition des clients et les notifications associées.
- Remonter à la direction les tendances du secteur, les prix de la concurrence et les retours clients.
Qualifications
- Diplôme d’études secondaires requis ; diplôme universitaire (Bac+3 ou équivalent) préféré
- Expérience requise en vente et en administration des ventes ; en cours d’acquisition de compétences de niveau supérieur, mais déjà un contributeur professionnel pleinement compétent et productif (2 à 4 ans d’expérience)
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et compétences de base en informatique
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Excellente communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Sens du détail
- Capacité à prospecter et à promouvoir des concepts auprès de comptes existants ou potentiels
- Prise d’initiative et résolution de problèmes pouvant être complexes, mais généralement gérables
- Capacité à identifier et à définir de manière autonome les problèmes et les solutions possibles ; choisir entre les solutions existantes
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec une supervision générale
- Capacité à se déplacer entre 0 % et 25 % du temps
As a Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers, to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.
Responsibilities
- Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
- Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.
- Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
- Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes.
- Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
- Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer’s promised delivery date.
- Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
- Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however fully competent and productive professional contributor (2-4 years)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working in team environment
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts
- Take action and solve a range of problems that may be difficult but are not typically complex
- Identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions
- Ability to work independently with general supervision
- Ability to travel 0% - 25%
Compensation Details: $26.73 - $33.41 Per hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
