Location: Canada - remote

About You

You’re a creative, curious, and collaborative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You love blending strategy with execution—whether it’s crafting engaging copy, brainstorming campaign ideas, or making sure a project runs smoothly from start to finish. You’re audience-focused, enthusiastic, and excited to learn, while also confident in bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Your Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Campaign Support & Execution

  • Support planning, execution, and tracking of Kids & Family campaigns, including launches, seasonal promos, and contests.
  • Coordinate marketing execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to craft engaging on-brand copy across channels.

Content & Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with design and content teams to deliver on-brand creative assets.
  • Drive creative and strategic ideas for social, influencer, social impact, and growth campaigns to meet company goals.
  • Assist with organizing events, giveaways, and influencer activations.

Email & Digital Marketing

  • Manage email marketing execution, including newsletters, flows, A/B testing, and segmentation.
  • Support digital growth campaigns with an eye toward performance and audience engagement.

About the Role

This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day planning and execution of campaigns across Kids & Family and broader company initiatives. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including design, content, and operations—to ensure campaigns are creative, audience-focused, and results-driven. Your work will help build brand presence, foster community engagement, and drive growth.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of marketing coordination, campaign support, or related experience (internship experience counts).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
