Strong documentation and reporting abilities with a high level of accuracy and detail. Valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract. Comfort working in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule approximately one week per month. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to prioritize effectively and manage a high volume of claims.
