About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Auto Service Marketing, the Analyst is responsible for supporting the development of all auto service campaigns and programs, focusing specifically on the marketing elements associated with them, but also assisting with the implementation of the programs. The Analyst will oversee and lead the execution of Auto Service promotions, working with cross-functional teams to ensure all elements are executed in accordance with our plan. The position also plays a role in the execution of the auto service strategy, as well as assisting in building a view of the auto service customer.

What you’ll do:

  • Support and provide input into the development of Auto Service annual marketing plans
  • Lead and collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure successful execution of Auto Service programs and marketing plans
  • Act as the central contact person for all auto service communications with stores, ABSM’s and various other teams related to Auto Service programs and promotional activities
  • Support the development of creative assets and make recommendations for management approval
  • Determine when to escalate stakeholder timeline and project issues
  • Work with Finance and Accounting to support the Auto Service annual budget process, including input of forecasts/actuals and explanation of variances

What you bring:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • Retail or previous marketing experience
  • Understanding of the automotive business an asset
  • Experience with marketing processes and systems
  • Strong project coordination and planning skills
  • Outcome focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize, to ensure continuous improvement across our entire business
  • Problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to use a systematic and logical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize action plans in a time sensitive, complex work environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
