As part of the larger Product Development organization, you’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a decentralized triad, acting as the design leader for your product area. Grounded in user understanding, you’ll uncover opportunities, validate ideas, and contribute to the long-term vision of your team—driving meaningful impact for hundreds of thousands of home service professionals worldwide!
We’re looking for Senior Product Designers to lead the following high-impact teams:
**Platform Experience:**As a Senior Product Designer on Platform Experience, you’ll shape the foundations of Jobber’s product ecosystem by designing scalable, intuitive experiences that power our integrations, developer tools, and third-party partnerships. You’ll lead design for platform-wide surfaces that enable extensibility, ensure cohesion, and support the long-term evolution of Jobber’s ecosystem. Your work will create the underlying infrastructure and patterns that help Jobber grow through partner innovation and platform expansion.
Supply: As a Senior Product Designer on the Supply team, you’ll define the end-to-end experience that brings partner-provided products directly into Jobber’s workflows. You’ll design a scalable strategy and user experience that seamlessly integrates partner inventory, pricing, and product data wherever it’s needed—from quoting to scheduling to job execution. Your work will expand the value Jobber delivers to home service businesses by making it effortless for them to access the supplies they need, when they need them, within Jobber’s unified system.
Win Work: As a Senior Product Designer on the Win Work team, you’ll design the growth tools that help home service businesses attract customers and win more jobs. You’ll work in an early-stage environment where you define the problems that truly matter, lead discovery, and create clear, intuitive experiences that solve real user needs. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, build alignment across product and engineering, and turn new ideas into impactful solutions that support small business growth.
The role:
Our Product Designers turn insights and sketchbook ideas into intuitive, high-quality user experiences. In this role, you’ll uncover user and business problems, shape solutions, and translate them into polished, end-to-end designers. You’ll report to a Design Leader focused on challenging you, developing your skills, and helping you grow further in your career!
You’ll be the sole designer for your product area, driving discovery through to delivery and iteration. You’ll stretch your skills, expand your influence, and help define an impactful part of Jobber’s product.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Define and drive UX strategy in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and guide decision-making.
- Design scalable, end-to-end experiences using customer research, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed specs.
- Champion a customer- and data-informed design culture, ensuring design efforts are aligned with user and business goals.
- Apply AI to create dynamic, personalized product experiences for new and existing users.
- Track and showcase the impact of design through measurable outcomes, celebrating wins across the team.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies—including AI—to continuously elevate the customer experience.
To be successful, you should:
- Have substantial experience designing for web and/or mobile SaaS products in a collaborative team setting.
- Have a track record of success in design or UX roles within high-growth SaaS environments, collaborating effectively across both executive and IC levels.
- Have experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
- Have proficiency in conducting and applying both qualitative and quantitative research to shape product direction.
- Connect UX strategy to product vision and business outcomes with strong storytelling. .
- Be fluent in modern design tools (e.g. Figma, FigJam, ChatGPT, sketching) and the judgment to use the right tool for the task.
- Have a passion for AI and emerging technologies, with practical experience applying LLMs or AI tools in product and design contexts.
- Have a genuine enthusiasm for Jobber’s mission to empower small businesses—and for designing solutions that reach millions.

Compensation:
At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and supportive of your experience and growth. Our salary ranges are designed to reflect the progression from learning the role to truly excelling. This role has an annual salary of:
Canada: minimum annual salary of $125,800 CAD, a midpoint of $147,900 CAD, and a maximum salary of $170,100 CAD.
We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience, and the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.
