Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Cloud Developer Description A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud Developer is responsible for implementing solutions using the Dynamics 365 Saas platform to support business processes and improve operational efficiency. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities · Customize, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions to aligned with business requirements · Develop plugins, workflows, and custom business logic using C#/.NET, JavaScript, Power Automate and/or Power Apps · Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and plugins · Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to coding standards · Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for deployed solutions · Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming Technical Skills · Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP modules) · Proficiency in: O C#, .NET Framework o JavaScript (client-side scripting) o SQL Server / data management o Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) o API development and system integrations Soft Skills · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills · Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders · Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams · Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
