FP&A Manager
Vaughan | Hybrid $110-125K + Bonus
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Executive Leadership to provide financial insights that improve profitability and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and operational performance Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions Deliver executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance insights Support profitability initiatives, capital investments, and process improvements Lead and mentor a team of Financial Analysts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field CPA designation preferred 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience 4+ years of FP&A experience within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.) and Power BI Strong business partnering and communication skills with executive and operational teams
