##Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Privacy & Records Officer, Risk & Compliance Manager, and Collaboration Systems Specialist.
  • Coordinate and administer the College’s insurance program, including communication with the insurance broker, renewal coordination, and maintenance of insurance records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for the College’s Records Management system – including document and file management, process and procedure compliance and updates, and general administrative duties as required.
  • Support the development and delivery of privacy and records management training.
  • Assist with policy and procedure lifecycle tasks (document control, versioning, approvals, publishing to Policy and Procedure Library.
  • Provide administrative support for enterprise risk management and legislative compliance activities, including data collection, scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting.

##Job Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or certificate in a related administrative, information, or business field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting privacy, records management, compliance, or risk functions in a public-sector or regulated environment is an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Strong coordination skills, including supporting projects, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and addressing day-to-day challenges in a practical way.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an effective and collaborative approach.

##Additional Information

This is a Full-Time Permanent AUPE appointment (36.25 hours per week) on the Lloydminster Campus, commencing May 1, 2026. A comprehensive benefits package and pension plan are included.
