About the role

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Construction Foreman is responsible for supporting daily job site operations by managing logistics, coordinating subcontractors and inspectors, and ensuring materials are delivered and stored efficiently. The role plays a key part in maintaining safety compliance, tracking project progress, and upholding quality standards. This is a hands-on position where you’ll balance administrative tasks with on-site support, helping the team deliver projects on schedule and with zero deficiencies.

Hourly Pay Range: $30.00-$40.00/hr.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Effective communication and confidence when liaising with subcontractors, inspectors, and site staff.

  • Problem-solving and the ability to think quickly to keep projects moving forward.

  • A proactive, safety-focused mindset with attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to assist with hands-on tasks such as carpentry, finishing, and general labor when required.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Site Superintendent.

  • Track daily progress and assist with subcontractor scheduling and planning.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and inspectors to ensure they have the required documentation and direction.

  • Manage material deliveries, onsite storage, and inventory.

  • Enforce site safety practices, signage, and documentation compliance.

  • Report and track “As Built” blueprint updates for record-keeping.

  • Maintain site cleanliness and readiness for inspections.

  • Support carpentry, finishing, and general labor tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years of construction experience, particularly in light wood framing, foundations, and finishing carpentry.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Auto Desk Build, and other project management tools.

  • Level 2 First Aid Certification (preferred).

  • Forklift / Aerial Work Platform Certification (preferred).

  • Ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 80 pounds or more.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
