What We Offer

As Director of Product for our dealer CRM business (DP360), you will own the strategic direction and success of our CRM and related product portfolio. You will lead a team of Product Managers, engineers, and designers to drive innovation across CRM, lead nurturing, and dealer website integration. Your mission is to grow product adoption, improve retention, and reduce churn through thoughtful customer experience design, bundling strategies, and competitive positioning.

You’ll report to the VP of Product, Software, and collaborate closely with the DP360 CEO on strategic initiatives and roadmap definition, helping to position DP360 as the market leader in dealership marketing and AI workflow solutions. You’ll be responsible for the strategic direction and performance of eight agile squads (including 29 engineers, 3 Product Managers, a Delivery Manager, and a UX Designer). While the engineers maintain a dotted-line reporting structure to their functional engineering managers within the broader organization, you will provide direction and leadership to ensure alignment with product goals and execution. You’ll also serve as a senior leader within the Product & Tech organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for DP360 CRM and supporting products, aligning with company OKRs and growth plans.
  • Lead cross-functional product delivery across 8 teams, ensuring timely and high-quality releases that meet customer and business needs.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to launch bundled solutions across lead management, CRM, and dealer websites.
  • Identify new opportunities to reduce churn and increase product stickiness through competitive analysis, voice-of-customer insights, and retention modeling.
  • Embed generative AI and automation features into the dealer experience (e.g. AI lead scoring, automated nurture flows, chat interfaces).
  • Establish and report on key KPIs such as churn rate, user retention, product engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a senior voice of product leadership with the CEO and executive team, helping shape broader company strategy.
  • Coach and develop your team of PMs and technical leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and customer-first thinking.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a product leader who brings strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and people leadership experience. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be driven by delivering meaningful value to customers and the business.

Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of product management experience, including at least 5+ years in a people leadership role.
  • Experience managing CRM, marketing automation, or workflow platforms with proven success in reducing churn and growing customer adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary product teams at scale, ideally in SaaS or marketplace businesses.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven product development, experimentation, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with bundling, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for SaaS or platform products.
  • Comfortable working closely with executive leadership and influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or personalization technologies is a plus.
  • A strategic mindset paired with excellent organizational and execution skills.
