Opportunity AIMCo is looking for a Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in a variety of functions and initiatives. The successful incumbent will be an experienced and organized Human Resources professional who would like to gain a wide variety of experience in an environment where best practices are a focus. An eye for detail and commitment to quality and service are essential skills for this role, along with the ability to communicate effectively, prioritize multiple projects and manage competing deadlines. This position is an integral member of the Human Resources team, and the successful candidate must be professional, diplomatic, a strong team player, and have high confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities Include

  • Respond accurately and timely to questions and concerns from AIMCo employees
  • Process employee lifecycle events within Workday HRIS, including job changes, reorganizations, terminations, new hires, and personal data updates
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation, trackers, and system records to ensure data accuracy
  • Review offer letters within the HRIS system (Workday)
  • Process One Time Payments via Workday
  • Review and manage tickets through our ServiceNow ticket management system
  • Audit HR related data and correspondence and ensuring processes are completed correctly
  • Collaborate on the preparation of slide decks and meeting materials
  • Assist with additional HR projects as needed

Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in a discipline related to Human Resources and 3+ years of related professional experience
  • 1-2 years experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Workday.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Exceptional time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Initiative, drive and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to AIMCo’s core values of excellence, transparency, humility, integrity and collaboration, and inspires the same in others
