About the role
About Our Client: Our client is a well-established organization within the electrical manufacturing sector.
Position Scope: This position requires in-depth knowledge of project management fundamentals and a demonstrated track record of successful project execution. The Project Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating the efforts of the project team to plan and execute medium - large scale and complex engineering and manufacture projects and programs in strict accordance with customer requirements and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring strong teamwork, clear communication, and high standards of quality and performance. Manage project scope to ensure delivery within approved budget and schedule; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions as needed. Initiate, review, and evaluate third‑party supplier proposals and contracts. Oversee internal and external resources to ensure effective project execution and alignment with project objectives and requirements. Conduct high‑level technical investigations related to product design features and performance. Demonstrate or develop a working knowledge of applicable regulations, by‑laws, standards, and specifications, including OESC and CSA requirements related to the company’s manufacturing products. Identify project issues, provide technical analysis, and recommend practical solutions. Prepare clear reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior management. Provide regular, structured project status updates to senior leadership. Participate in meetings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers as required. Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to team members. Deliver effective customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
BS/BA degree and/or specific degree in electrical technology or engineering, project management is preferred PMP or Prince2 is required 5+ year of project supervision or project management experience. Experience with engineering projects and technology transfer projects is an asset. Excellent project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence project stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to perform process mapping and identification of critical path and tasks Proven problem-solving skills Technical aptitude in software and hardware setup and design Strong project and change management skills.

Compensation: $87,990 – $116,578 base salary, 10% performance bonus at target, 3 weeks vacation, 5-7% Pension Contribution, Benefits 100% paid by employer
