RESPONSIBILITIES
Elicit system requirements from a scientific R&D team.
Translate the gathered requirements and pass on domain knowledge into actionable items clear to the development team.
Create, update, and maintain specifications.
Liaise and establish productive relationships with a client.
SKILLS
What we expect:
- Proven experience within large-scale digital transformations within Pharma R&D.
- Background in CMC process, along with development and analytical workstreams, focusing on how scientists approach their work.
- Know-how of the technical reports coming from CRO’s and ability to integrate them with internal data, i.e. CoAs and ELN records.
- Agility, communication, and mentoring skills to uplift team members and to efficiently translate domain knowledge to the team.
- Proven experience in business analysis techniques, functional specifications preparation, and application testing
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Experience in working with software for business process modelling
- Good knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
- Education in IT, computer science, or a relevant technical area
- Understanding of Scrum / Agile methodologies
- Structured approach and attention to details
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
- A degree (MSc or PhD) in the Life Science area
- System knowledge on TetraScience, Benchling, L7
- Experience in working directly with the customer
