<br>Our publicly traded Canadian manufacturing client, is looking to hire a Senior Tax Analyst for their head office in the Kitchener Waterloo region! This role supports the Corporate Taxation group in tax compliance, forecasting, audit defense, and tax planning. Thank you!<br> <br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Prepare transfer pricing documentation in accordance with the OECD Guidelines and local jurisdictional requirements <li>Assist with transfer pricing <li>Assist with quarterly and annual external reporting as it relates to financial statement income tax provision <li>Assist with Canadian tax filings and reporting including annual corporate tax returns <li>Respond to queries from external and government auditors <li>Provide support on mergers and acquisitions</ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><ul> <li>3+ years' of tax experience either in industry or coming from public accounting dealing with a large global publicly traded corporation <li>CPA is preferred and ideally working on or completed In-Depth Tax courses <li>Exposure to M&A and transfer pricing is preferred </ul>This posting represents an immediate opening within our client's organization.
