Job Type and Location:

This is a hybrid with 1 or 2 days of presence per week in office and the rest work from home. You'll be required to travel occasionally to attend career events in the region.

Lifemark Health Group, Canada's largest and most comprehensive managed healthcare organization, is looking for a results-driven, social media-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist who will work alongside our human resources and talent leaders and our national team of talent Specialists.

In this role, you willdevelop creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Healthcare positions across the network.

What does success look like?

  • Clinician Sourcing: Actively source and build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates. Bring innovative solutions to sourcing challenges and driving continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
  • Operational Excellence: Post job opportunities on relevant platforms, review applications, conduct phone and video interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage reference and background checks. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Maintain deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, HR policies, and industry standards, liaising with implementation stakeholders as needed.
  • Candidate experience: Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extensions and background checks. Ensure service delivery standards are consistently met and all recruitment activities are client- and candidate-focused. Educate candidates on culture, career opportunities, benefits, and the many advantages of joining our team at various career events. Champion a positive candidate experience and help enhance our employer brand.
  • Relationship Management: Build and foster strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external candidates to ensure a collaborative, seamless hiring process. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, solicit feedback, and adjust sourcing strategies as needed to ensure alignment.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources, Business or related
  • Ability to build strong campus presence and be a brand champion
  • A solutions-focused, service-oriented mindset, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in problem-solving
  • A positive, collaborative team player who contributed to a culture of service excellence and commitment
  • Excellent time management skills and organization skills
  • Strong communicator and networking skills
  • Experience in healthcare and social media savviness considered an asset
