ITN Food Corporation is seeking a results-driven Key Account & Ecommerce Specialist - CPG/FMCG to support the growth of assigned retail, grocery, wholesale, and ecommerce accounts under the direction of the Director of Sales.

This role is suited for a hands-on commercial professional with CPG/FMCG account support or account management experience, including retail customer coordination, product listings, pricing support, promotional execution, sales analysis, marketplace updates, and ecommerce platform coordination.

The role requires practical exposure to both physical retail channels and ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Retail Link, GS1, or similar systems. This is not a digital marketing-only, customer service, or ecommerce listing-only role.

Candidates must be located in Canada, legally authorized to work in Canada, have a valid driver’s licence with access to a reliable vehicle, and possess relevant CPG/FMCG key account, retail account, or ecommerce account experience.

Job Overview Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Key Account & Ecommerce Specialist will support assigned retail, grocery, wholesale, and ecommerce accounts by coordinating account activities, tracking sales performance, supporting product listings and promotions, and helping execute commercial growth plans. The successful candidate will work across both physical and digital channels, supporting key customer relationships, ecommerce marketplace activity, account reporting, trade execution, and internal coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, QA, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities Key Account & Retail Channel Support

  • Support assigned retail, grocery, wholesale, multicultural, and regional customer accounts.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships, account updates, sales follow-ups, and commercial execution.
  • Support product listings, pricing updates, promotional planning, new item setup, account presentations, and customer documentation.
  • Track sales performance, account activity, product movement, and customer requirements.
  • Support account plans, trade offers, customer programs, and retail growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve customer issues, pricing discrepancies, deductions, claims, inventory concerns, and service-level matters.
  • Conduct customer visits, market checks, and field follow-ups as required. Ecommerce & Marketplace Support
  • Support ecommerce marketplace activities, including Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and other online platforms where applicable.
  • Coordinate online product listings, item setup, product descriptions, images, content accuracy, pricing, promotions, and availability.
  • Monitor ecommerce sales performance, marketplace activity, customer issues, inventory status, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Work with internal teams to support online order flow, product visibility, content updates, and marketplace compliance requirements.
  • Use marketplace data and reporting tools to identify sales opportunities, listing gaps, pricing issues, and account improvement areas. Sales Analysis, Reporting & Internal Coordination
  • Prepare sales reports, account summaries, promotional analysis, and customer performance updates.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer performance, margin impact, deductions, inventory movement, and account-level opportunities.
  • Work with Finance on customer claims, deductions, receivables, pricing issues, and account follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations on inventory availability, replenishment, customer service levels, and order execution.
  • Work with Marketing and QA on product information, packaging, claims, product content, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate account records, customer communication, pricing files, promotional calendars, and ecommerce updates. Business Development Support
  • Identify new growth opportunities within retail, wholesale, multicultural, and ecommerce channels.
  • Support new customer onboarding, new item submissions, listing packages, and customer presentations.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in executing sales strategies, account priorities, and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, marketplace trends, pricing, promotions, and retail execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of CPG/FMCG key account, retail account, ecommerce account, sales support, or business development experience.
  • Experience with grocery, retail, wholesale, multicultural trade, food distribution, consumer packaged goods, or ecommerce marketplace channels is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Retail Link, GS1, or similar retail/ecommerce platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with product listings, pricing updates, promotions, account reporting, sales analysis, customer follow-up, and account documentation.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with sales reports, customer data, pricing files, and promotional analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and cross-functional business environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent practical CPG/FMCG account experience will be considered.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must be located in Canada.
  • Valid Canadian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle required.

Preferred Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be:

  • Experienced in CPG/FMCG, food distribution, grocery, retail, wholesale, multicultural trade, or ecommerce marketplace channels.
  • Comfortable supporting both physical retail accounts and ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong in follow-up, account coordination, reporting, customer communication, and execution.
  • Commercially aware, detail-oriented, organized, and practical.
  • Able to work under the direction of the Director of Sales while independently managing assigned tasks and follow-ups.
  • Comfortable working with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, QA, Marketing, Operations, customers, and marketplace platforms.

Compensation & Benefits Pay: $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, CPG/FMCG background, ecommerce exposure, platform knowledge, and account-support capability. Employee benefits include:
