About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This versatile individual will be cross trained in Driver Services and will develop expertise across multiple areas within the department. The role also involves supporting the Manager with various projects to ensure consistency in service delivery and maintain operational efficiency. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office presence two to three days per week.

What We're Looking For

  • Develop expertise in different services and develop knowledge in Driver services and processes.

  • Assist the department Manager with ongoing projects and special assignments.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and workload demands.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.

  • Ensure team goals and SLA’s, including turnaround time, are consistently met.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.

  • Professional, client-focused, and collaborative.

  • Adaptable, quick to learn, and flexible with shifting priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce/CRM experience an asset.

  • Prior admin/support experience an asset, open to new graduates.

  • Bilingual (English/French).
