The Opportunity

Are you excited by the idea of building AI systems that actually ship to production and drive real business impact? Flextrack is looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI‑driven automation that improves how we build, test, and operate our platform.

This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on execution — not experimentation for experimentation’s sake. You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of AI across core internal systems, with a strong focus on SDLC automation, reliability, and reducing manual effort.

Day to day you will

• Design, build, and maintain AI‑powered agents, automations, and workflows across internal systems

• Embed AI across the full software development lifecycle — from requirements capture through testing, deployment, and monitoring

• Build and deploy agent‑based automation to reduce manual setup, validation, and testing work

• Identify and prioritize high‑impact automation opportunities in partnership with Engineering and Implementation teams

• Integrate AI tooling into CI/CD, testing, and production monitoring workflows

• Monitor performance, reliability, and adoption of AI systems in production

• Partner closely with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes

It would be amazing if you have

• Strong development experience with a focus on automation, systems, or AI‑enabled workflows

• Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI agents or orchestration‑style automations

• A solid, end‑to‑end understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Experience integrating systems via APIs, workflows, and data pipelines

• Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous problem spaces and take ownership end‑to‑end

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Salesforce experience

• Exposure to agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or automation platforms

• Experience with automated testing or SDLC tooling

• Experience working in SaaS or enterprise platforms
