QuadReal: Excellence lives here. www.quadreal.com Role Description: Reporting to the Resort Manager, the Maintenance Technician will oversee and initiate maintenance and general repairs for the entire property and fulfill the company's responsibilities to its residents at Gallagher Lake Camping & RV Resort. Responsibilities: Grounds maintenance and landscaping of the property Repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment with occasional cleaning Managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems, water systems, and irrigation Maintaining all Health & Safety requirements of the Community and Community Buildings Ensuring ongoing communication with your manager Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of work area, tools and equipment. Respond to requests from manager with courtesy and in a timely manner Interact with community residents with patience and courtesy Operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times. Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required. Other duties as required Experience and Qualifications: Must have valid G-class driver’s license; Clean Driver’s Abstract required On-call availability for sewer, water, and park emergencies Water operator certification an asset Able to work weekends, days, nights and call-in during emergencies This job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization. The expected hourly range for this role is $22– $24. Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
