We're Hiring: Accounting Manager
One of my clients is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization that owns and manages a diverse real estate portfolio. The company has built a strong reputation for long-term stability, investing in its employees, and promoting from within.
Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 base salary Bonus Pension Comprehensive benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Review financial statements and maintain strong internal controls
- Lead the annual audit process
Requirements: CPA designation Commercial real estate accounting experience is highly preferred
