About the role

6-month contract retail systems BSA/Product Specialist role with an industry leader located in North Vancouver.

What & Why:

We’re looking for a Product Specialist/BSA to join the team supporting the early foundational planning of this transformative program. In this role you’ll help define the business case for RFID, align internal stakeholders and vendors, and shape the first phase of rollout. This is a cross-functional role that will bridge the gap between store operations, technology teams, and vendor partners. You’ll gather business requirements, map use cases, and evaluate pilot success metrics, all with the goal of improving global inventory accuracy, store efficiency, and the guest experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to support other evolving retail tech initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and is passionate about enabling frontline teams with intuitive tools and processes.

You will be working with an award-winning organization with a very strong brand reputation. They are all extremely passionate about what they do, and this organization has a very strong tie to green initiatives. They are a local Vancouver organization that has expanded globally and is looking to continue their growth. They have an office in North Vancouver and you should be able to head into their office once in a while.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 2–4 years of experience in product support, business analysis, or operations roles, ideally within retail or logistics.
  • Exposure to RFID technologies and/or other retail technology solutions (e.g. inventory management, POS, loss prevention).
  • Strong documentation and process mapping skills (e.g., flowcharts, SOPs, requirements documents).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation:

This role pays between $65-80 per hour.
