The Medical Centre invites you to join our established association of five family physicians in beautiful Ladner, where they champion both patient-centered care and physician well-being.
Here they provide longitudinal, evidence-based care within a supportive, physician-owned environment.
The Medical Centre currently operates Monday to Friday, with most physicians enjoying a flexible 4-day work week, complemented by telemedicine options. Benefit from excellent earning potential through our unique expense-sharing model.
Here you’ll be fully supported by an experienced Office Manager and MOA team, utilizing the efficient AVA EMR system to communicate and manage patient care seamlessly.

Compensation Type Alternative Payment Arrangement Estimated Remuneration 350000 to 500000 Physician Overhead 70 Billing Split 30
Benefits and Incentives
Vacation Leave up to 6 weeks Other Benefits/Incentives This is a physician owned clinic. Overhead is charged at 70/30 and where there is a surplus at the end of the year, the surplus is divided amongst the physicians.
