What You’ll Do

To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team who are responsible for optimizing Sales and Marketing processes to accelerate revenue growth. In this role, you will:

• Work collaboratively with sales teams to create quotations and order forms
• Assist with pricing approvals by working with legal and finance teams
• Responsible for order fulfillment and associated CRM updates
• Support renewal activities by tracking contract expiration dates, and creating upgrade quotations
• Assist with partner agreement preparation and signature tracking
• Ensuring timely and accurate CRM data updates including de-duplication, merging and other data activities
• Manage and support incoming queries from sales teams around business policies, and CRM activities
• Assisting with reporting activities within CRM
• Development of new sales process workflows and sales training enablement
• Provide general team support

Skills and experience we look for:

• 2 years’ experience supporting global sales teams
• Post secondary degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Extensive MS Office skills
• Experience with marketing and sales technology such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
• Experience with PowerBI or other reporting software
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with ability to execute multiple initiatives and deliver against deadlines
• Drive to succeed and participate in the growth of a fast-paced company
