SHIFT: 40-hour, every week rotating shifts:
Shift 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Shift 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment while adhering to all safety, quality, and HACCP standards. handling equipment while adhering to all safety, quality, and HACCP standards.
- Supply production lines with required materials and ensure smooth flow of packaging operations.
- Move, store, and load/unload raw materials and finished goods using warehouse equipment and tablet-based inventory systems. based inventory systems.
- Monitor and maintain equipment such as the can de-palletizer, baler, and stretch wrapper, including basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in line with 5S and HACCP requirements.
- Perform routine equipment upkeep, including daily battery checks and general warehouse maintenance.
- Report damages, follow quality control procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives control procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Forklift Certification is considered a strong asset
- Must meet legal drinking age requirements.
- Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights).
- Able to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification provided).
- Capable of working at heights, including climbing ladders and stairs.
- Able to work in environments with noise and vibration while wearing required PPE (safety footwear, eye protection, hearing protection, bump cap, etc.).
- Basic computer skills or ability to learn warehouse/production systems (e.g., HighJump, MS Office).
- Willing to follow all Standard Operating Procedures and company safety/quality standards.
