About the role

##Position description

The Ron Joyce Centre for Business Studies/Commerce Department at Mount Allison University invites applications for a part-time stipendiary appointment to teach a course entitled Comm 3611 - Commercial Law. The course is scheduled on Wednesday evenings from 4:30 pm to 7:20 pm in the Fall academic term of 2026. The class size is approximately 60 students.

Although the course is scheduled in person on the Sackville (NB) campus, the possibility of delivering the course in a hybrid format (in-person and online) or synchronously online (fully online on the days/times) may be considered.

Candidates must have experience teaching commercial law at universities or colleges and demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching undergraduate students. A graduate degree in law is preferred.
