Territory Sales Representative (Outside Sales) – Greater Toronto Area
Our client, a rapidly growing Canadian manufacturer and distributor within the kitchen, bath, and plumbing products industry, is expanding its Ontario sales team and is looking to hire Territory Sales Representatives to drive business growth across the GTA.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and managing a territory with the freedom to work independently. What You'll Be Doing As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of customers throughout the GTA by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships.
Your responsibilities will include: Prospecting and developing new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person customer visits. Managing a designated sales territory and expanding market share. Building strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, contractors, builders, kitchen and bath showrooms, retailers, and industry partners. Understanding customer needs and presenting product solutions that add value to their business. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management. Maintaining an active sales pipeline and updating customer activity through CRM. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless order fulfillment. Representing the company professionally while strengthening its presence within the Ontario market. Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while identifying opportunities for long-term territory growth.
What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, and developing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have: 3–5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience. A proven track record of prospecting, developing new business, and exceeding sales goals. Experience within one or more of the following industries: Plumbing Kitchen & Bath Building Materials Construction Products Wholesale Distribution Home Improvement Products Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a true hunter mentality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a territory independently. Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel throughout the GTA.
