360 Recruitment Consultant Remote/Hybrid: Calgary or Vancouver

We're hiring a high-energy, 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment and business development. You'll recruit on high value roles from TES's enterprise client list and drive business development to build and manage your own book of business. This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership, grow your revenue, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Source and match top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS/CRM, and AI tools
- Manage full lifecycle: screening, interview prep, negotiation, onboarding. Coach candidates and maintain long-term relationships.
Business Development:
- Build partnerships with hiring managers and HR leaders. Prospect new clients in Aerospace, Engineering, Energy, and IT. Deliver presentations, proposals, and market insights. Attend networking events to grow your desk.
Account Management:
- You'll be the main point of contact for your clients and consultants, making sure everyone's on the same page and things run smoothly. You'll stay in touch with the team, track progress, and use data to keep improving how you deliver and support your accounts.
You Bring:
- 35 years' agency experience with strong billing/revenue metrics. Proven success in technical recruitment and sales. Strategic mindset, excellent communication, tech-savvy, is an asset.
