Concession Counter Attendant – Job Description
Position Summary
The Concession Counter Attendant provides friendly, efficient service to guests by preparing and serving concession items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide quick, helpful service
- Take orders accurately and operate the point‑of‑sale system
- Prepare and serve concession items according to standards
- Restock supplies and maintain product displays
- Keep counters, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and venue guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks
- Reliable, friendly, and attentive to detail
