A self-starter, we are seeking a well organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Logistics Coordinator, to support the successful delivery of our projects.
Working closely with the Procurement Specialist and Project Estimator, this role works to ensure that project materials are procured, picked, packed, and shipped in compliance with client requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Grade 12 diploma (required).
- A diploma or certification in Materials, and/or Supply Chain Management (required).
- Previous experience in a logistics coordinator or support capacity (preferred).
- Microsoft Office (Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat familiarity (an asset).
- Organizational skills in supporting multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced, changing environment (required).
- Time management proficiency to meet time-sensitive deadlines and competing priorities (required).
- Effective communication, both verbally and written, and interpersonal ability (required).
- Attention to detail and solutions-based problem solving (required).
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver abstract (required).
